Why These Songs Exist
Just a simple songwriter trying to make his way through the galaxy.
I grew up near Corning, NY on Buckwheat Hollow Rd. — a dirt road back in a hollow where nobody came unless they lived there. We didn't have much. A small trailer. An 8x10 room just big enough for a bunk bed. That was home, and I didn't know any different.
Here's the thing though — I didn't know I was poor. My father worked hard enough that it never felt like poverty. It just felt like life. The hollow, the dirt road, the trailer — that was just where we were. There was no shame in it because nobody made us feel any. My dad made sure of that without ever saying a word about it.
The 90s were everything out there. Music was the one thing that came through clear no matter where you lived or what your address said about you. I soaked up every bit of it — the culture, the feeling, the way certain songs made a small hollow on a dirt road feel connected to something bigger. That connection never left me.
I always heard music in my head. Full arrangements, melodies, the exact way a lyric should land. The problem was I couldn't play an instrument to save my life. So for a long time the songs stayed exactly where they started — in my head, on that dirt road, in that hollow.

AI changed everything. For the first time I had a way to get the music out — to make demos that let people actually hear what I'd been carrying around for years. The catalog you're looking at right now is what happens when someone who's been writing in their head for decades finally gets a way to put it out into the world.
Every song is rooted in lived experience — pain, hardship, good times, the specific kind of loneliness that comes from a town where everybody knows you. I'm not inventing characters. I'm writing about people I know, things I've been through, conversations that happened at the wrong time or the right one.
The goal has always been bigger than my own demos: I want these songs sung by real country artists. I want to write for artists who can take these words and give them the full life they deserve. If that's a conversation you're open to having, I'm ready.
